Dirty flash over Xiaomi.eu 8.11.1 and wipe cache/dalvik cache with the TWRP 3.2.3 for me, all works fine too.

1) Reboot to fastboot mode (press vol(+) and power) wait for vibration. (the screen is also black, don't worry about this).
2) On computer install previous firmware via fastboot: ( https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=11410963190603853188 )
3) Your phone will reboot and fixed.

I did this but i have some problems. i have no media audio (spotify, youtube) neither with headphones, and capacitive buttons are not vibrating, and when playing video the playback is like glitchy is like: frame stop frame stop, in youtube or chrome

This works, I was able to activate Fastboot.

I installed the Chinese version, it was the only way it worked.

After that you can only install the version xiaomi.eu_multi_MI5X_V9.5.1.0.NDBCNFA_v9-7.1.

now you are able to update miui 10 again.

I decided to stay in version 8.11.1_v10-7.1 for now.

after using developer CN I flash the xiaomi eu.
I can flash and use the xiaomi.eu with android 8.1 (8.11.15)

I am also getting a black screen when flashing 11.22. i flashed 9.5.1.0 thru Mi Flash and flashed 11.1 with TwRP 3.2.3, everything works fine.

Some More Info based on my case:

Mi 5X bought with Tissot A1 Bootloader Successfully recovered to original Tiffany Mi 5X Bootloader
Phone Is unlocked
No Root
TWRP Updated Successfully to 3.2.3-treble

After That no issues till 8.11.1 OTA, even haven't doing WIPE Cach/davlik, all works fine.
'At each update in TWRP LOG I got some partition missing/unmounted?? . Unfortunately I don't remember with one I didn't care since system was booting properly.

I wait for some more feedback till 8.12.6 and decided to give a try.

After updating TWRP i just hit OTA from Update Menu.

Of curse I get Black Screen

I Managed to enter Fastboot Mode and restore with:
"2) On computer install previous firmware via fastboot: ( https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=11410963190603853188 ) "
By XiaoMiFlash.

Remember to:
1. Unzip ROM
2. Verify that your device is visible in fastboot mode
(For those who have problems with entering in it with having black screen this is solution: HOLD power button until it vibes after that immediately release Power and fast hold POWER and Vol - until it vibes again. Wait 1-2 sec relese power wait another 2-3 sec with Vol - pressed after relese it. Connect to PC and check if fastboot mode is on - simply hit refresh button in XiaoMiFlash App your device should popup in menu)
3. use flash_only_firmware.bat option in right bottom corner
4. BE SURE THAT "clean all and lock" BOX IS NOT NOT NOT CHECKED

After Reboot Phone went back to normal state, with 8.12.6 update already Installed ?!?!?!? Weird?!?!? Fastboot Package was 8.11.2
After that i restart to recovery, wipe all data cache etc. and try to install Again 8.12.6 directly from TWRP
This time it went without any errors like before (partition missing etc.).

BUT... Black Screen Again Cash/Davlik wiped or not no difference)

Again....restoring via fastboot by XiaoMiFlash and 8.12.6 on board.

I think that with next update 8.12.13 it will behave the same

I think I will give a try cuz right now phone is acting strange. It lock it self randomly due I'm using it ....
