Less capacity of 128 Gb

Hi. I have a Xiaomi Mi 9T Pro 128 Gb. I have booloader unlocked and TWRP installed. Since I installed the rom of xiaomi.eu I have observed that instead of 128 Gb, 117 Gb of capacity appears. It is normal?

It might be taking away the memory used by the system, you can't use that memory bit off so it doesn't show it probably, try reboot anyway

I have already installed all the applications (60 app)
It puts that in total it has 117 GB, when 128Gb should appear ... Have you done something wrong during the installation of the Rom?

Why make a big deal of something that's not?
When you buy an HDD or an SSD, does that have the exact amount of storage as it's advertised? It doesn't. Same happens with phones..

It's perfectly normal. Don't worry about it. From what I can tell, it just doesn't show you the amount of storage it allocated to System. And that's around 10 GBs so it all checks out.

Works out at 9.4% overhead for formatting. 7% is more typical in the Windows world, but things may be different for Android.

System is showing as 3.64Gb (total) on my device, which would mean that the actual overhead of System + Data is 7.36Gb, or 5.75% of the 128Gb.
Sounds about right to me!
