Use TWRP to clean Flash Wipe Advanced (Davik + cache + data + system + vendor) and Format data - Reboot back to recovery
Install this version of MIUI 10.3.2.0, once installed - Reboot back to recovery and Flash Wipe Advanced (Davik + cache + data) then install Xiaomi.eu - MIUI 11 - 11.0.2.0 - Mi Pad 4 Plus - Pie
