On the latest 9.3.28 xiaomi.eu for Mi8 Dipper i'm experiencing issues with Location, even in low battery consumption (Wifi+ Mobile Data).
On reboot the location turns itself off, causing Mi Fit to not connect to the Watch, After every reboot i have to switch the location manually

Also

After installing and using a VPN, i uninstalled It and now there's a permanent "ALERT" on the bottom of the Quick toggles in the status bar, saying "The network could be monitored" (See attached screenshot ) even if there aren't any VPNs or other network-related things connected...

Before with NordVPN, then i removed both certificate and App

No VPNs and there Is still the alert

Check if you really removed the certificate.
Because that message occurs when you have a certificate installed

That was a Little bit tricky, as i had to use and Activity Launcher as the Settings wasn't allowing me to access the certificates, i found Adguard and uninstalled, Thank you
