Lockscreen notifications and background apps

Hello, I am using the Redmi Note 9 but I'm not getting alll of my notifications on the lock screen and the apps in background are killed after 20 seconds. I was wondering if installing this rom would fix those problems.

If I well remember RN9 is Mediatek phone.
You will not be able to install EU rom on this phone.
About missing notification this is a common XIAOMI unsolved critical issue.
