Yeah, last time I saw lock screen widgets was on a Xperia Z1 on Android 5.

I saw people talking about lockscreen widgets on miui 13 that's why im asking,i even tried to apply some themes with lockscreen widgets but they dont work

Those are just themes with customized lock screens...

These are THEMES you download from the Themes app. I don't know what themes those are, who designed them or whether they work or not.

A quick google yielded some apps which can show a permanent notification on lock screen into which you can place a few widgets.
