Macro camera vanished after update to HyperOS

Since I allowed the update to hyper OS, I cannot use the macro camera anymore on my Xiaomi 12. In the camera app, when I go to PRO mode I can only choose WIDE or UW, the third option, the MACRO lens disappeared (it was always there in MUI).
Anyone else has this issue?
Is there a way to fix this?

For what it's worth, say that I have updated a 12X from MIUI EU to HYPEROS EU and the three lens options continue to appear.

If you are not using a custom ROM from xiaomi.eu, go to the Global Xiaomi site.

If you to the normal photo option, click the three dots and press macro, hope this helps!

I have the same issue with mi 13, there is no 3dots at normal photo option...

and im not confident enough to use cusrom ROM, i was not able to download it, and i did not wish to force it

Xiaomi 12S Ultra with HyperOS 1.0.10.0.ULACNXM(Xiaomi.eu rom). When I'm in Photo selection at the bottom, there's a down arrow at the top center. When I select that over on the right hand side I have "Macro"

I do not have that, macro would be macro/makro in hungarian as well, and there is no such thing here

I see one post of someone having a 14 series and yours about the 13 series. Since this section is about the 12 series, it's likely not many people in this area will be helpful as our phones have different capabilities.
