New Major issues with Redmi Note 9 Pro

Hey guys. Last saturday my phone went crazy, rebooting itself nonstop. After a few hours I put in to "rest", in an attempt to make it work.
It actually turned on again, but after that I'm having some problems:

- The battery takes more than 12 HOURS to fully charge
- None of the sim cards slots work. The phone recognizes them, but I don't have any signal, zero.

Searchin on the web I've found some people saying that this could be an issue related to MIU most current update.

My phone has less than 5 months old, I'm still paying for it and I need it to work. Could somebody help me please?

So are you actually using the custom ROM from xiaomi.eu? This forum is not for official Xiaomi support. If you are using the ROM developed here, what version is it, when did the problem occur, did you install an update? If you are not you should seek a repair centre assistance. In both cases a factory reset might resolve a software problem.
