Making 3rd Party Apps "stick"

Hello - I use a couple of third party Android apps like Swift keyboard and a rotation controller which requires Accessibility to be turned on. My Note Pro keeps turning these off even when I leave it in Recent Apps. Is there any way to STOP the phone turning off my apps??

Any help appreciated.
