Manage Contacts

Hi, new to xiaomi (NP3) and android in general: how do you manage contacts? There's sim, outlook, skype, whatsapp and now xiaomi account... I end up having them all scattered.

Please, how do you get out of this mess? Any advice or app?

Thank you all for the advice.
I moved to china and google is blocked: I have vpn but it doesnt work every day.

I set up my two gmails to forward everything to hotmail, so that's my main account now.
