Messanging not working

Hello I have latest version of miui 6 (. 31) mi3 and lately I have a problem with messanging service, everyone receive my sms but I don't receive the replys and get a pop up saying "messanging not working" help me please

No solution so far.. its not the app that is wrong, i tried with the last working one and its the same.. Xiaomi scrued something else up..

using diferent app resolve the problem??? in my older Sony i used hangouts... if it work i dont mind using it again
