Hi,

I just got my MHL cable but I don't really understand how to switch MHL on.
When I've plugged everything in my TV detects a video source on said HDMI channel but the picture is all black. Is there anything I need to activate on the Hongmi to get the MHL to start? Do I have a version that's so old that it doesn't work? (I haven't updated it since I got it)

Our phone does Not support MHL.

Thanks for the info - I was going to buy one of those cables today. You just saved me some money!

Is MHL hardware based or software based? Is it possible that is could be implemented in a later version of the ROM?

Have you tried it? Can you confirm it works? Their support page says it works for the 2s and the 3 but doesn't mention the hongmi.

I bought the A2W Measy.
