Resolved [MI 10 5G (umi)] Stable 12.5.10.0 Location settings cannot be accessed

Device: Mi 10 5G - umi
Firmware: xiaomi.eu v12.5.10.0 stable

The Location settings menu is crashing.

Steps:
- Access Settings
- Scroll to Location
- Touch Location menu item

Expected:
Location settings activity should be opened

Actual results:
By pressing on Location, the settings activity it is closed. The home screen it is displayed.

I just installed yesterday evening the xiaomi.eu stable version 12.5.10.
I installed over a fully flashed EEA stock firmware:
- having flashed fastboot version of stock EEA firmware
- I followed steps to flash xiaomi.eu firmware ( twrp/format data/install)
