Mi 10 Android work profile issue

Hi I have a Mi 10 with MIUI Global 12.2.7 Stable.
Few days ago my company set up a work profile on it.
Now even if I have installed apps in work space if I use whatsapp I cannot attach pictures/data that are saved in personal app (gallery for example).

When I take a picture, camera save it on personal gallery and I cannot use it.
I read on Google site that there is a way to connect app from personal and work space. I have request to our company IT Dept to remove every limitation in the administration panel, but till now I have no found solution for it.

This is the screenshot of Gallery share option, no app in work space, furthermore there is a strange "turn on" button. If I push it nothing happens..

Mate, this is a XEU forum, people here aren't using or developing or modifying global ROM.
I'm afraid you can't get your answer here.
