MI 10 Fastboot Stuck

Hi, I have a Mi 10 and he proposed me to update to the 12.2.4, I download and installed it and now my phone he's stuck to the fastboot screen. I tryed to hold power and volume at the same time but it return to the fastboot screen everytime. Can you please tell me what I have to do to recover my phone(I assume my data will be lost...), I've read many topics but honnestly I'm completely lost.
