Mi 10 lite not working camera on viber

Hello, buy new xiaomi mi 10 lite, phone itself updated to original miui 12, after update instal viber, and when call video call not working camera front and rear not working camera with viber call, i try instal whatsap it working good

what can i do?

i try reset factory seting erase all data, but i still have problem with viber.

phone valid warranty, so i cant instal custom rom, because i losse warranty..

anybody help, how i can fix
