I currently have a Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite on MIUI Global 14.0.2.0 Stable (SJSEUXM). I live in the UK - England.
I want to change from google dialer to MIUI Contacts and dialer (call recording)

The phone doesn't have the Mi Dialer and for me it's important to record the calls.

Nope, to change region, use a Fastboot ROM with Miflash (will erase all data) and above all have the bootloader unlocked (will erase all data).

Nope, the fastboot rom contains all the system images unlike the recovery, hence the difference in size.

Yep,normally, I saw that for certain devices, it was the Google dialer, not having this device I cannot confirm it 100%. On the other hand, for the Xiaomi EU rom it is 100%.

If you want MIUI Dialer with call recording you have only one option. Install custom ROM from xiaomi.eu.

In the same way as you flashed the rom but by checking the "clean all and lock" box which is activated by default on Miflash or"flash_all_lock.bat"directly without Miflash.

I have the same device that mainboard code name gauguin and you can download stable miui 14.0.2.0 version from this website. This rom is cleaned chinese rom that allows to call recording. I am satisfied that this rom.
