Mi 10 pro ,bad camera

Hi ,I bought mi 10 pro recently ,with installed eu rom ,and I tried the camera and it was not like i expected it's terrible ,the quality is bad , I don't if the problem from the rom or not ,same thing with snapchat when i watch snap the quality very bad ,i turned off the dark mode but it doesn't work , Tik tok not working

If there is anyone who know how to solve it ,please
