New Mi 10 Ultra Stable 12.0.13 HDR Playback Color Issue

The colors are inaccurate and too pale when playing HDR content on YouTube and Bilibili apps. There is no issue when using original Chinese rom.

Besides, another way to test this bug is to record a 4K video with HDR10 on. The color is a total mess when playing the record. But when making a screenshot of the video, the color is correct.

Here is the comparison when playing the demo video. To be fair, the two photos are shot by my old Mix2s and in the same light condition:

The saturation of the video on Mi 10 Ultra is pale and incorrect.

Yeah, but I had the same problem on 12.0.10.0. And then I switched back to Chinese ROM. It is not a huge issue as I'm a native speaker of Chinese until the embedded GMS in the ROM totally messed up my FCM push messages and COVID-19 tracing services. They are more important than HDR playback for me.
