Xiaomi Redmi 10S is hooked in a bootloop. All I can do is pressing power button + "volume +" and then enter a menu that says "Reboot" "Wipe Data" or "Connect with MIAssistant". Reboot does not work, it leads to the bootloop again. When I choose "MIAssistant" I am advised to download MiAssitant from pcsuite.mi.com, but the PC software there does not work, it is not compatible with my device as it seems.
The other thing I can do is reach the "Fastboot" screen with power button + "volume -" button.
Is it possible to backup the phone before wiping somehow?
My wife said before this "final bootloop" sometimes when trying to charge the phone it suddenly switched off. Can there be a power failure or charging hardware defect as part of the problem? Yesterday I charged the phone and this morning it was discharged completely again though it should have lasted for many days.
Thank you VERY much in advance for helping!
