Mi 10t, i deleted fbe cache

I was updating my mi 10t and when I was clearing the Dalvik / Art Cache and Cache I cleared the fbe cache. Now my phone no longer boots and the memory is encrypted.
What can I do to recover my phone without losing data?

Unfortunately I couldn't fix it and had to format the phone.
