New Mi 10T Lite 5G Bootloop with weekly rom 22.3.23

After installing weekly rom 22.3.23 Mi 10T Lite 5G went into bootloop. After the MIUI logo it shows a circle and restart itself and boot into recovery mode.
I updated from 22.3.16 without formating data.

Can you make logcat? I haven't flashed .23 yet, but flashing up to 22.3.22 worked fine for me, so it's weird.

Sure, but can you help me how to make logcat because when i open startlog.bat it says reading device name failed

Success. I flashed back 22.3.16 without formating data, and guaranteed the access with usb debug, and flashed again 22.3.23. It contains everything from the redmi logo to the reboot. Here the logcat:

Meanwhile, I've flashed 22.3.23 update and... it works just fine for me.
