Invalid Mi 11 lite 4G control panel not blurring background

I recently download the miui ROM to my phone so I'm new to this. I have miui 13.0.4 in my phone. The control panel and the notification panel when dropped down does not blur the background make it vary hard to read the stuff. Is there a fix for this???

Try this:
1) Download and launch Activity Launcher.
2) Search for "Battery Saver" and look for a single result under "Settings" app.
3) Toggle off "Use Battery Saver", and change "Set a schedule" to "No schedule".

It didn't work. It was already off and set to no schedule to begin with and I turned on and set a schedule and turned off again but it didn't seemed to fix the problem

Also all I just found out that all the things that are supposed to be blured like the volume control panel and during the lock screen pin unlock are not blurred as well!

Do the following commands in ADB and attach the files here:

adb shell getprop > courbet_prop.txt
adb shell settings list global > courbet_global.txt
adb shell dumpsys power > courbet_power.txt
adb shell dumpsys thermalservice > courbet_thermal.txt

Make sure the blur is missing when you do that.

Go to Developer options, look for "Allow window-level blurs" and enable it.
It's not something that gets toggled off by itself, you must have done that yourself accidentally.
