Hello i own Mi 11 lite 5g Global version ( lisa ) on official rom
Can i install Eu rom ( China Base ) on my phone ?
Which is better ? Weekly or Stabile ?

Yes, you can install it, it is on the support list for both.

One is not really better than the other, weekly get more updates than stables, but obviously it means also means you can have issues more often, if you choose to update every week.
