Mi 11 ultra back screen and screen brightness

Hello everyone I'd like some of you to help me with this question.

I have installed the last version of stable hyper os in my mi11 ultra and I have two minor problems.

1. The back screen option keeps disabling automatically, I activate the back screen and I don't know the next day or after a few hours it doesn't work and when you go to the settings it's disabled

2. The automatic screen brightness is too low, when I'm inside it goes to the lowest level like if you were totally in the dark

If some of you have the solution for these problems let me know!

Seems very device specific so I'll talk about what I know

Screen brightness has always been hit or miss to me on Xiaomi brands. I think it's better on some ROMS because it's somewhat a notorious problem

I think the Too Dark is just the way it is - I think it's okay but only if I'm in a dark place, it's hell to escape it if you accidentally switch to it outside!

I haven't bothered in a while but on XDA there were custom brightness mods. They required root of course.

But that's how I've solved this in the past. And considering it yet again on my 13 Ultra because you're right about the brightness.
