Mi 11 ultra "Device Is Locked"

Heey, so i had formatted my xiaomi mi 11 ultra from the miui recovery since i did not remeber my xiaomi account password, now im stuck with this:
Ive tried various methods from Youtube to bypass it but nothing worked. please help

You could reset its password since your email/phone number are associated with it or maybe a browser still is logged in with mi account, if the device is removed from your device list, it shouldn't ask for a password on first boot either.

i did reset it and entered the password, did not work it still says wrong password
I also removed my device from "Manage devices" yet it still asks for password.
