New Mi 11 Ultra with MIUI 13 STABLE: When using backscreen the front screen switches to 60Hz

When ever i use the backscreen of my Mi 11 Ultra, the front screen switches to 60Hz. In the menu it still says 120Hz but it is definetly 60Hz (or even slower).
If i switch to 60Hz in the menu and then back to 120Hz, it is okay again, until i use the backscreen again.
This started when i installed the MIUI 13 Stable Rom via fastboot.
When i was on MIUI 12.5 (or 12.6?) it was working perfectly fine.

Anybody else having that issue?
I was sure to have read here somewhere about it, but couldn't find it anymore with the search function.
Is there a permanent fix for this?

This is usually caused die to rear screen. When it lights up, the front screen's refresh rate drops.

Good to hear, though in the latest weekly (22.1.19 as of now) it still behaves this way...

I can confirm it has been fixed in V13.0.9 stable.
This build actually really seems stable, feels smoother in general and they finally improved the experience with 3d party apks which had automatically restricted notifications and internet access. Now the system asks you if you want to enable those permissions at the first launch. Very nice
