MI 11T what rom can i install ?

Hello,
I have mi 11t and i dont know which rom can i install. I see roms for mi11t pro, but I dont know if they will work on my phone. I dont know which rom can i install, miui 12 or 13? Btw will installing a rom require clearing my phone? Im new to roms and xiaomi.eu so idk anything.
