Mi 13 and Instagram...

... cannot be installed on this device.

PlayStore reports my Mi 13 as Pixel 2, on my Lisa the same, no Problems with Insta....
Clear Cache and Reboot does not help.

Whats wrong?

The search turned up nothing for me, maybe I'm blind...

Have you tried clearing the GPlay app data and restarting the device?
Alternatively, uninstall the GPlay app update and restart your device.
