I installed the last two ROM versions and i have battery drain issue on my xiaomi mi 5.

I decided to Switch from beta to stable version. Will i lose all my files on phone?!?!?

you will have to format data as going to stable is a (big) downgrade. But you can do a miui backup.
Something strange is that my mi5 shows very good battery but I make a clean install so you can probably do the backup and do a clean install again ?.
