mi 6x better battery performance and reception

if you flash mi 6x with xiaomi.eu rom but flash mi a2 baseband you get better reception and battery performance
just take modem.img from jasmine (mi a2) rom and flash it via fastboot method
fastboot flash modem modem.img and you got better

i hope the amdins will test it and next roms will be already with jasmine modem

turn of your phone enter fastboot mode volume down + power
and adb command - fastboot flash modem modem.img https://drive.google.com/open?id=1gVsS92fmucN_PcNfMtJWo7Mtlt4MZJwI
this is after bootloader unlock and xiaomi.eu rom installed
and i do not take responsibility for bricking your device
i have done it with my own phone without any problems and that's why i am posting it , but the responsibility is yours

better 4g and before on some places i can not make decent phone call now there is no problem at all
the battery last at least 3-4 hours more and i have no complains durings call and using 4g
try it if you not like it you can flash back original modem with the same command

Many thanks Nof3ar for the info above much appreciated, how do I get my modem.img should I want to roll back. The other issue I have is that I have already ARB4 and therefore cannot go backwards will this have an impact.??

you can extract it from every fastboot rom for you phone
you can always flash back , id does not matter arb

Hi I just tried and it failed due to anti-rollback check failed. Any solutions can I flash it with TWRP.
