MI 8 SE can't load xiaomi.eu rom

Hello friends, I stupidly did a factory reset on my mi 8 se and it bricked, now after recovering the system via xiaomi flash tool; I can't load any custom rom via twrp

NOTES: My device's bootloader is unlocked
I've tryed loading two difernt versions of the official rom's (last one and previus one)
I've tryed 2 versions of twrp (same, last and previus one)

But in all cases, when I load the rom and reboot the device it stucks on logo and I have to use flashing tool again

Any idea or suggestion is welcome thx a lot

After install twrp, go to wipe and format data (format data - not wipe data)
And then install eu rom

So, just to be clear, after installing twrp, go to wipe>format data, then turn the phone again, charge the ROM, recovery again and install?
