MI 8 SE: Problem installing TWRP 3.3.0 0423

Hallo friends,
I tried installing TWRP 3.3.0-0423. But neither installing the package via TWRP 3.2.3-1102 or flashing it via fastboot works. Either way booting my recovery gets stuck at the MI Logo.Via fastboot I flashed

TWRP 3.2.3-1102 again and it starts up fine. But since I read that 1102 might get lost when installing MIUI 10.3. stable I would like to get

TWRP 3.3.0-0423 to work. Any idea what I do wrong?

With Mi8SE, some TWRP version stuck with ROM version.
Try following method if you still can boot into 1102:
- Copy twrp 0423 and lastest stable rom to your phone
- Boot into 1102, install rom, and then go back and install twrp 0423. Do not reboot before install 0423
- Reboot recovery to make sure 0423 installed

OK thanks, I thougt that TWRP 0423 might work with my current MIUI 10.2.1 stable as well...
