Mi 8 SE Recovery Problem?

Hi. I have a problem on my Mi 8 SE. Twrp recovery not istalled and my official mi recovery lost. i use 10.2 stable EU rom. is anybody to help?

For STABLE rom, up to date TWRP is 1102 or 1217.
Try to boot it directly from fastboot '' (fasboot boot "twrp.img") if that boots ok, you can install whatever rom you want.
If you turn back into fastboot you have to refresh with miflash and official Xiaomi rom

Does the 10.2.3.0 use twrp 1217/1102 or does it use twrp 1227?

Cause I have twrp 1102 with 10.2.2.0, I want to upgrade to 10.2.3.0

Don't shake your brain, you boot the twrp you have installed already and you upgrade the stable rom version.
1227 is only, as seen, needed for dev version. A mystery WHY!
