Mi 9 - Data connection blocked after using 5Gb

I thought to report this as a bug but i am a beginner here and i don't have 100% sure.

This happens with all miui roms i tested. Xiaomi.eu, global, miui10 and miui11.

What happens is, after using 5Gb of mobile data i allways get blocked. To solve this, all months after using 5Gb i need to reset netstates (delete them).

And yes, i have data plan at settings disabled.

Anyone can confirm this?

i set montly data 15 gb. no problem after 5 or 8 gb.
