On the last update 9.10.31 I can not send mms anymore. Even going through another SMS software.

After yesterday's update to MIUI 11, the phone stopped sending sms through the system application. Messages sent by another application work. Does anyone know what the problem is?

I have disabled "use VoLTE" and now I can send and receive normal SMS ( MI 9T , MIUI Global 11.0.1.0 )
