when opening or swiping apps the notification bar get colored in Gray for a while on the other hand all of the screen is in Black except the notification bar and that's very annoying

Could you provide a screenshot or a recording of the actual issue. Its quite hard to identify the problem if you do not give a more detailed description of the issue.
