Mi 9 SE can't update to MIUI 11

Hi, I have a Xiaomi Mi 9 SE and I have not received Miui 11 to the system updater. Any help or recommendation? I'm from Argentina.

Manually download the ROM from the links posted in the OP in the ROM thread. Then open the system updater app, tap option and then the Choose update package option.

Are you currently running xiaomi.eu's stable ROM? If you are then yes, download version 11.0.5.0 from either sourceforge or androidfilehost.

It looks like you are using an official ROM from Xiaomi, not a custom ROM from xiaomi.eu.

To upgrade, download the official ROM from https://c.mi.com/oc/miuidownload/detail?device=1700361 and choose the ROM version according to the one already preinstalled in your phone. Then upgrade using the steps you posted above.

The only available ROM for the Mi 9 SE is V10.3.9.0.PFBEUXM (MIUI10).

May I know what is the model number for your Mi 9 SE (gru)? There are basically 3 versions of grus in the market and they are coded as;
PFBCNXM - China
PFBMIXM - Global
PFBEUXM - Europe

Only in China is Xiaomi testing the Android 10 version of MIUI. As for the rest, the stable version of MIUI 11 is still in Android 9.

That is an official ROM and you don't have to unlock your bootloader. Just flash it using the updater app.

From your screenshot, it is definitely a global version. Download the global ROM from https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/firmware/grus/# which is version 11.0.4.0. Then use the updater app to update.
