Invalid Mi 9 SE headphone problem

I'm using kz zst. While listening to music suddenly sound goes and sizzle. It gets better after unplugging it. But then it goes again. Problem headset adapter or phone?

same bug here. everytime it gets sizzle i just reconnect it ... haha
