New MI 9T 9.12.19 All apps are shown to use 0 storage

All apps are shown to have either 240mb or 0 bytes of storage, which makes it impossinle to clear data or cache of an app unless you uninstall and install it again.
I performed a clean flash btw.

Did you download the reuploaded 9.12.19? (fixing charging icon and AOD)

Yes. I flashed the one on the afh uploaded at 20 december. I have aod and charging icon working.
