New Mi 9t pro drops call immediately

Hello there

My MI 9t drops call immediately after calling someone only if he is on the same network and only over the main ear speaker.

If I switch to speakerphone then it is fine. If I call other network it is fine. This is very strange issue.

I've tried to factory reset and it didn't help. Tried to change slots, sim cards, everything.

Please help. Thank you
