New Mi 9T pro stable V12.5.4 's problem

Yeah I've noticed the same, but it was also happening on weekly ROMs. It might be the launcher because at one point I went back to MIUI 12 Stable to compare and animations were definitely faster. As soon as I flashed the latest RELEASE launcher from apkmirror the animations started lagging just like on 12.5.
