Mi A1 bootlock after november security update

Since the last security update, my A1 doesn’t start up and comes in a bootlock. The screen instruction asks for a total reset and you lose all your data.
By googling it seems there are more users, all of them in combination with the dutch laguage!
The temporary solution was, get the simcard out, startthe phone and set it to the english language. After that power off and install the simcard. Start up the phone and it works again. After that you can set it to language Dutch, however if je restart the phone, the same problem starts again. Some users say that it is also resolved if you remove the pincode from the sim.....
 
Wow that's nuts...I am on November security update ...English ...went as planned....

I use a sim only from Youfone (dutch provider). In setting the phone number on the simcard is stated as “unknown”. I di contact Youfone but the didn’t hear from this issue up untill now!
