Hi first time poster here so I am not sure if I am in the correct thread? I have been having problems with my Mi5 so need to do a Factory Reset. As I forgot my account password I reset it but still would not work. I have now discovered that the account number on the device is different from the account number on the Xiaomi website where I have reset my password, is there any way round this please?
