This is not a "bug". It's a translation issue and has to be reported to the translators, as it is written in every very first post of the weekly and stable thread.

if there are issues please send the logfiles, rom version phone model…

# connect phone with PC and USB
# create a textfile -> eg logfile.txt in adb folder on PC
# adb logcat > logfile.txt
# make actions on phone and wait for issue
# ctrl+c (to stop logfile recording)
# send the last eg 5 seconds

The browser is working after the latest rom update!
