New Teams and Outlook Crashing

Redmi 11 Lite 5G
OS 1.0.1.0.UKOEUXM
Android Version 14 UKQ1.231108.001

After updating to HyperOS Teams and Outlook cannot open. No crash report or error. Just a page with the teams icon then drops to desktop. I can still see the app in the try and switch back but it has the same behavior.
