New Mi Cloud not syncing

I'm using the cloud for years, but since one month, it's slow uploading that no picture gets in the cloud .
When I was in Indonesia it worked there but not when I'm in Germany .
Using latest build mi 8 8.10.11

Same here, I can not restore backups from cloud bot only for weekly releases. If I put a stable rom the resore is working. I think it's a problem with developer roms. Am I right?
