Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080P

Hello, I just bought a Mi Home Security Camera 360° 1080P and has been working well except the microphone/sound which is barely audiable. Is there a way to increase the microphone/sound, otherwise when I'm speaking to the camera no one can hear me? I have to litteraly shout to my mobile and people other side must be very near the camera? Thank you in advance
