My device (ido) is from April 2016, I never saw this "unlocked" on my phone. Did you format data in TWRP?

Hi Mike, maybe a corrupted file when flashing, can you check that ?

before flashing a zip file, you need to have twrp working.

1) check the file you have flashed
2) if you have a different checksum, you need to download and flash it again
3) if nothing works, you can reverse everything by flashing in fastboot mode

tell us your result of md5sum

It works,I install the Rom from the intern Storage and not from the SD Card,thanks a lot for the help
