Mi Note 10 Lite Flickering And One side Notch after Stable Miui 12

after flashing xiaomi eu miui 12 stable
the screen suddenly flickering and got one side notch and the flicker don't stop until i turn on anti flicker and even when i turn off HW overlay in developers options
please help me
